We know one of the biggest pains about moving is setting up all your utilities - and then remembering to write those monthly checks. That's why we're doing it all for you!

One payment to us each month covers your rent and your water, electricity, gas, phone, internet, and even basic cable.

We Do the Hard Work.

Our goal is to make your life as easy as possible. That means we have arranged for housekeeping to come and clean your home every two weeks. We also have taken care of indoor and outdoor maintenance, including landscaping and snow removal.

With our crews hard at work, there won't be much work for you to do inside or outside your apartment.

An Option for Dining

(This option is currently not offered due to COVID-19. We hope to reopen this for our tenants as soon as it is safe for all parties.)

If you're not interested in cooking your own meals, we have set up a dining plan with The Willows - right across the street.

For just a few dollars a meal, residents of The Flats on 8th can eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner at The Willows, whenever they feel like it.

With a larger-than-usual garage, you'll have no trouble parking your vehicle. The garages are spaced throughout the building so that everyone is able to park close to their own apartment. That mean in the winter or on a rainy day, you don't have to go out in the elements at all.

Have a furry friend you can't imagine leaving behind? As long as it's within a certain size, bring the critter along! We'll ask for an additional fee every month to cover any damage that may be done by your pet, and then you're good to go.

Note: even though we're on the Cowboy Trail, no cattle allowed.

From the secured, coded entry and automatic locking exterior doors to the concrete tornado shelter, The Flats on 8th were designed with your safety in mind. Fire, smoke, carbon monoxide detectors, and a fire sprinkler system will work to quickly take care of any problems.
